November 24, 2025
CELEBRATING AN ICON: MRS. KEMI MARY ADEOSHUN.
January 19, 2026Ilorin, Kwara State – 2 December 2025 — The Kwara State Education Trust Fund (KwaraETF) toZday announces a strategic partnership with Education Advancement Support Services (EASS) Limited, owners of the Konnect platform. This collaboration marks a significant step in efforts to mobilise resources and accelerate school adoption and renovation across Kwara State.
The partnership launches today, Giving Tuesday, creating new opportunities for alumni, corporate sponsors, private donors, and communities to contribute to improving educational infrastructure and learning environments across the State.
Through this collaboration, EASS Limited — via its Konnect application — provides a robust digital donor-management and engagement platform that enables KwaraETF to:
- Accept and manage one-time and recurring online donations from individuals, alumni, and corporate partners;
- Maintain a unified and transparent donor database to ensure accountability and efficient tracking of school-adoption funds;
- Facilitate targeted communications — including email campaigns, alumni outreach, and stakeholder updates — allowing supporters to follow the impact of their contributions in real time;
- Recognise donors publicly (where appropriate), fostering a culture of giving through donor walls, regular impact reports, and community engagement.
“This partnership reflects our shared commitment to transforming education in Kwara — not just through funding, but through transparency, accountability, and community participation,” says Oluwadamilola Amolegbe, Executive Secretary, KwaraETF. “With the Konnect App, we are offering a modern, secure, and donor-friendly way for people to invest in our children’s future.”
The launch marks the beginning of the initiative’s first phase. KwaraETF calls on alumni, corporate sponsors, diaspora groups, and well-wishers to join the #AdoptASchool campaign. Every contribution directly supports school renovations, educational resource upgrades, and the long-term maintenance of adopted facilities.
“We are excited to partner with KwaraETF at such a pivotal moment,” says Tunji Ijiyemi, CEO, EASS Limited. “Our platform is designed to make giving easy, transparent, and impactful — enabling every donor to see the difference they make.”
