CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Consultancy Services for Lafiagi Secondary School Needs Assessment, Proposed Design and Bill of Quantities
The Kwara State Education Trust Fund (KwaraETF) invites qualified and appropriately registered built-environment professionals and consultancy firms to submit Expressions of Interest for the provision of professional consultancy services for the assessment and proposed improvement of Lafiagi Secondary School, Lafiagi, Kwara State.
Scope of Services
The assignment will include:
- Physical inspection and assessment of existing school buildings, facilities and infrastructure.
- Identification of infrastructure gaps, structural defects, safety concerns and rehabilitation needs.
- Preparation of a preliminary school improvement design, concept plan and relevant drawings.
- Preparation of an itemised Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for recommended works. - Submission of a consolidated technical report with prioritised recommendations.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested applicants must demonstrate relevant professional qualifications, current registration with applicable professional bodies, experience in similar assignments and the capacity to undertake the required technical work.
Relevant expertise should include architecture, quantity surveying and civil/structural engineering. Multidisciplinary consultancy firms and suitably qualified lead consultants may apply.

Applicants will be required to provide their professional or company profile, evidence of relevant qualifications and registrations, details of similar assignments, proposed methodology, work plan, completion timeline and professional fee proposal.
