KWARAETF LAUNCHES SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMME, OPENS APPLICATIONS FOR PROJECT TUTORED 2026
July 25, 2026The Kwara State Education Trust Fund (KwaraETF) is pleased to announce the co-option of two distinguished public sector leaders to its Board.
Joining the Board are:
Mrs. Rebecca Bake Olanrewaju, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development.
Hon. Abdullahi Danladi, Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Kwara State Chapter.
Their addition to the Board further strengthens KwaraETF’s governance structure and reinforces the Fund’s commitment to inclusive collaboration in advancing education across Kwara State.
Mrs. Olanrewaju brings extensive experience in education administration and policy implementation, while Hon. Danladi contributes valuable grassroots governance and local government perspectives that will further enhance the Board’s strategic oversight.
Speaking on the development, the Chairman of the Board, Col. Abdulwahab Ademola Lawal (Rtd), PhD, welcomed the appointments, noting that the inclusion of both leaders reflects KwaraETF’s commitment to broad-based partnerships that support the delivery of quality education in the state.
The Executive Secretary, Oluwadamilola Amolegbe, also welcomed the new members, expressing confidence that their expertise and experience will enrich the Board’s work as the Fund continues to mobilize resources, strengthen partnerships and implement impactful education initiatives for the people of Kwara State.
KwaraETF looks forward to working closely with the new members in advancing its mandate of supporting sustainable educational development across the State.
