British Deputy High Commissioner, Gill Lever’s Visit Reinforces the Importance of Inclusive Digital Education in Kwara State.
May 15, 2026The Executive Secretary of the Kwara State Education Trust Fund (KwaraETF), Oluwadamilola Amolegbe, joined industry leaders and entrepreneurs as a mentor and panelist at the Kwara Livestock Entrepreneurship Scheme (KWALES) on Tuesday, April 22, 2026. The initiative, led by the Kwara State Ministry of Livestock Development, is focused on empowering young people with opportunities across the livestock and agribusiness value chain.
Speaking during a panel session themed “Wisdom Nuggets That Have Helped You Attain Success in Life,” Amolegbe shared practical lessons on discipline, reliability, and excellence — values she noted are critical for long-term success in both education and enterprise.
According to her, “Keeping to appointments builds trust and credibility, while going the extra mile sets individuals apart in highly competitive environments.”
She encouraged participants to approach opportunities with consistency, integrity, and a mindset for continuous growth, emphasizing that success is often shaped by everyday habits and intentional choices.
Her participation reflects KwaraETF’s commitment to supporting initiatives that prepare young people not just for academic success, but for leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and meaningful participation in the economy — in line with the Fund’s broader mission to build a future-ready Kwara through sustainable investments in education.
The session also featured contributions from Hon. Bode Towoju, Leon Gutter of Valentine Chicken, Alok Khator of OLAM, Dr. Adedoyin Adeleke of Green Growth Africa, Mr. Caleb Oluwaferanmi Shittu of CLB Global Realty, and Mr. Isaac Adeleye of Excellence Home, who all shared insights and experiences aimed at inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders in Kwara State.
